By creating an account or using Longevity Coach IQ, you agree to these terms. Please read the medical disclaimer section carefully, it matters more here than in most terms of service, given what this product does.
Not medical advice
Longevity Coach IQ is an educational and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and nothing in the app, the encyclopedia, or this site constitutes medical advice. Your Longevity IQ score, recommendations, and projections are informational, not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare provider. Always talk to a doctor before making significant changes to exercise, diet, or supplementation, particularly if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Plans, trials and billing
The service is offered on two plans: Monthly at $14.99 per month, and Yearly at $89.99 per year. Both begin with a 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged during the trial.
When the trial ends, your plan's price is charged automatically unless you cancel before then. After that first charge, billing recurs automatically on the same cycle you chose, monthly or annually, until you cancel.
Payments are processed by PayPal using PayPal Subscriptions, their recurring billing product. We never receive or store your card or payment method details; those stay with PayPal. Your use of PayPal at checkout is governed by PayPal's own terms and privacy policy.

Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect immediately, not at the end of your billing period. When you cancel, your subscription is cancelled with PayPal at that moment and your access to the paid service ends straight away. There is no mechanism that keeps your account active for the remainder of a period you have already paid for, so cancelling mid-period means forfeiting the rest of that period unless a refund applies under the section below.
If you do not want to be charged at all, cancel before your 7-day trial ends. You will not be billed, and you keep access for the remainder of the trial.
Refunds
If you are charged and contact us within 48 hours of that charge, we will refund it in full. Refunds are issued manually through PayPal, so allow a few working days for the money to appear.
Outside that 48-hour window we do not offer refunds, including for partial periods after an immediate cancellation. Because cancellation ends access immediately, cancel at the point you want access to stop rather than early in a period you have paid for.
Refund requests go to support@longevitycoachiq.com. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your own country.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to violate any law, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
Your data
You own the health and usage data you enter. How we handle it is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep the underlying research and calculations accurate, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular health outcome will result from using it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
