This describes what Longevity Coach IQ ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and what choices you have, including the sensitive health information the product is built around. If you're reviewing this before signing up: yes, we do collect real health data, that's the point of the product, and this page explains exactly what happens to it.
What we collect
Account information: your name and email address when you sign up.
Health and fitness data: whatever you choose to enter, including age, sex, height, weight, waist circumference, VO2 Max, bloodwork values, strength and mobility test results, sleep duration, and similar physiological markers. All of this is optional beyond the minimum needed to calculate a score, and you control how much you share through your tracking mode.
Usage data: your habit logs, workout logs, nutrition logs, and supplement logs, which record what you actually did day to day.
Payment information: handled entirely by PayPal. Card and payment method details are entered with PayPal and never reach our systems, so we do not see or store them at any point.
Subscription information: if you subscribe, we store the status of your subscription (trial, active, cancelled and so on), the subscription and plan identifiers issued by PayPal, and the time the record was last updated. We do not store card numbers or any payment method details at any point.
How we use it
To calculate your Longevity IQ score, benchmark your markers against published research, generate your recommendations and adaptive plan, and let you track progress over time. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for ad targeting, we don't run ads at all.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. The site and the app's serverless functions are hosted by Netlify. Access is restricted to what's needed to operate the service.
Who we share it with
We use three service providers to run Longevity Coach IQ, and share only what each one needs to do its job:
- Supabase stores the database and handles account authentication, so your account details and the health data you enter are held there.
- Netlify hosts this website and the serverless functions behind the app, so it processes requests you make to us.
- PayPal processes payments. We send them nothing about your health data. Payment method details are entered directly with PayPal and never reach us.
When you pay, PayPal collects information directly from you, such as your name, email address and payment details. That collection is governed by PayPal's privacy policy, not this one.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your health data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party for their own purposes.
Your rights
You can access, export, or request deletion of your data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us directly. Deleting your account removes your stored data from our active systems.
Children's privacy
Longevity Coach IQ is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
