Corrections to the encyclopedia
This is the one we most want to hear about. If a figure, threshold or claim in an entry looks wrong, tell us which entry and what you think is incorrect. If you have a source, include it.
Every entry lists the references behind its claims in a Sources section, so a correction can usually be checked quickly against the original. If the entry does not hold up, it gets fixed and the last-updated date changes.
Email support@longevitycoachiq.com with "Encyclopedia correction" in the subject.
Account, billing and technical problems
Password resets, subscription changes, refunds, data export and anything that is simply broken. Include the email address on your account, and if something is not working, what you were doing when it failed and what you saw instead.
We aim to reply within two working days.
Your data
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings without contacting anyone. If you would rather we did it, or you want to know exactly what is held, email us and we will handle it.
What we collect and why is set out in full in the privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give medical advice. That includes interpreting your results for you, telling you whether a number is dangerous, or advising on medication. Not because it is a policy we would rather not have, but because doing it properly requires examining you and knowing your history, and no one here can do either.
If a result concerns you, take it to a doctor. If something is acute, contact emergency services rather than emailing a website.
Press and partnerships
Same address, with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line. Longevity Coach IQ is built by Daniel Salcumbe, who is also on LinkedIn.
Before you email
A few things are usually faster to find than to ask about:
- How your score is calculated. The methodology sets out every step, from raw marker to final number, including the domain weighting.
- What a specific marker means. The encyclopedia covers markers, habits and interventions, each with benchmarks and sources.
- What the app actually does. The app page walks through the four main screens.
- Plans and pricing. Set out on the pricing page, including what is and is not included.
