Most of these are not really competitors. They sell tests or hardware. Longevity Coach IQ reads the results and tells you what to do about them, which is the part the others generally leave to you.

| Product | Cost | Requires | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Longevity Coach IQ A scoring and coaching layer | $89.99/yr | Bloodwork you already have, plus at-home tests | Ranks every marker by how much it moves your score, then programmes training and habits against it |
| A longevity clinic Clinician-led assessment | $500–5,000 | An in-person visit | Bloodwork, imaging and a doctor’s interpretation. The spread depends almost entirely on how much clinician time is included |
| Function Health Blood testing membership | $365/yr | Two lab draws a year | Clinician-reviewed results across a broad panel. Acting on them is left to you |
| Superpower Blood testing membership | $199/yr | One lab draw a year | Comparable panel at a lower entry price, with prescription access through the platform |
| InsideTracker Blood testing plus DNA | $149/yr membership, tests extra | A draw, or your own uploaded labs | Adds DNA traits and a biological age score. Bundles typically run several hundred a year |
| Whoop Wearable membership | $199–359/yr | Wearing the strap continuously | Strain, recovery and sleep in depth. No bloodwork, and the band stops working if you cancel |
| Oura Wearable plus subscription | $349+ ring, then $69.99/yr | Buying and wearing the ring | Sleep and readiness in depth. No bloodwork, strength or nutrition layer |
These work well together rather than instead of each other. A Function Health or Superpower panel is a good way to get the bloodwork Longevity Coach IQ scores against, and a Whoop or Oura covers recovery in more depth than we do. What none of them do is rank your markers by impact and hand you the next thing to fix.
Replaced 3 apps with one clean system.
I used to track everything across spreadsheets and multiple apps. Longevity Coach IQ tied my workouts, daily recovery, and biomarkers into a single Longevity IQ score that actually makes sense. My VO2 Max and recovery metrics have noticeably improved over the last 90 days.
Workouts that actually adapt to real life.
The adaptive workout engine is a game-changer. If work runs late or my recovery score drops, the program automatically adjusts my Zone 2 or heavy strength session instead of throwing off my entire week. It’s the most sustainable routine I’ve ever followed.
Cuts through all the biohacking noise.
The encyclopedia and protocol guides saved me hundreds on useless supplements and conflicting online advice. Having verified, evidence-based guidance on testing, supplements, and training right in my pocket gives me total confidence in what I’m doing.
Everything about how each plan, trials, and cancellation actually work.
One payment of $89.99 covers twelve months, which works out at $7.50 a month against $14.99 monthly, a saving of 50%. It renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Longevity Coach IQ is a progressive web app, so there is nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play. You open it in your browser and add it to your home screen, after which it behaves like any other app, including offline access and full-screen use. That is a deliberate choice rather than a shortcut. It avoids the 15 to 30 percent commission the app stores charge on every subscription, and that saving is passed on to you in the price rather than absorbed as margin.
Billing starts automatically at the plan you chose, unless you cancel first. Cancel any time in the seven days and you are not charged at all.
Yes, cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation is immediate: your subscription is cancelled with PayPal at that moment and access ends straight away, rather than continuing to the end of the billing period. If you do not want to be charged at all, cancel before the 7-day trial ends.
If you are charged and contact us within 48 hours, we will refund that charge in full, processed manually through PayPal. Outside that window we do not offer refunds, including for the remainder of a period after cancelling.
Payments are processed by PayPal using their Subscriptions product. Your card and payment method details are entered directly with PayPal and never reach our servers, so we never see or store them.
Yes. Basic, Advanced, and Complete tracking modes are all included on every plan, switching between them doesn't change your billing.
