What is on the Reports page?

Four sections: Labs, Workouts, Habits and Nutrition. Workouts plots estimated one-rep max per exercise, Zone 2 pace and VO2 Max interval distance over time, all built from your own logs.

Why it works this way

Separating them matters because they move on completely different timescales. Habit completion changes weekly; a lab marker may not move for months. Plotting them together would flatten the one that matters. The one-rep max trend covers any exercise you log, not only the three main lifts, so accessory progress is visible too.

What you can change

Nothing to configure. The sections fill in as you log.

How do I see one marker over time?

Use the Marker History selector and pick the marker. It shows both the raw values you entered and the score each one earned.

Why it works this way

Value and score are different questions. A triglycerides reading dropping from 150 to 110 is the value moving; whether that crossed a threshold is the score moving. Showing both means you can see progress that has not yet changed a band.

What you can change

Every marker you have entered more than once is available in the selector.

Why is a section empty?

Because there is nothing logged for it yet. The charts are built from real entered values, so they wait rather than drawing a line through assumptions.

Why it works this way

An app that interpolates a plausible-looking trend from two data points is inventing the thing you came to check. The empty state is the honest version, and it fills in as soon as there is something real.

What you can change

Log a workout, tick a habit or enter a marker and the matching section starts populating.
