How do I update my details?

Edit the fields on Profile and save. Age, sex, height and weight all feed the scoring, so changing them changes what your markers are benchmarked against.

Why it works this way

Every percentile in the app is age and sex specific, because a VO2 Max that is unremarkable at 30 is exceptional at 65. Stale details produce a score benchmarked against the wrong group, which the percentile benchmarking entry explains.

What you can change

Update whenever something changes. Weight in particular feeds several body composition calculations.

Where do I record smoking, drinking or a diagnosis?

On Profile, alongside your other details. Smoking status, average drinks per day, a diabetes diagnosis and family history are all editable there at any time, not fixed at signup.

Why it works this way

These four change over a lifetime, and two of them are the changes most worth recording. They feed the score directly, so keeping them current matters more than most fields on the page. The methodology explains how each one is weighted.

What you can change

Edit and save, and the score recalculates immediately. If a change makes new habits relevant, a new diagnosis surfacing a post-meal walk or a fasting window for example, they are offered for you to add. Nothing is ever added or removed on your behalf.

How do I retake the assessment?

Use Retake full assessment. It runs the seven-step quick assessment again from the beginning.

Why it works this way

The initial assessment sets your starting baseline. Retaking it is the right move after a long gap or a substantial change in circumstances, rather than editing a dozen individual markers.

What you can change

You can also replay the introduction with Replay Welcome Tour, which does not change any of your data.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Use Cancel subscription on Profile, then confirm. There is a Never mind option if you open it by accident.

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap Cancel subscription.
  3. Confirm, or tap Never mind to back out.

Why it works this way

Cancellation takes effect immediately rather than at the end of your billing period. Your subscription is cancelled with PayPal at that moment and paid access ends straight away, which the Terms state in full.

What you can change

Because access ends immediately, cancel at the point you want it to stop rather than early in a period you have already paid for. If you are charged and contact support within 48 hours, that charge is refunded.
