How do I read My Plan?
Each tracked marker gets a row showing where you stand and what the target is. Open one and you get What this means in plain language, followed by To improve this.
- Open My Plan.
- Scan the list. Markers needing work sort to the top by default.
- Open any marker for its explanation and the specific action.
- Untracked markers show as Not yet tracked rather than being hidden.
Why it works this way
A dashboard tells you twenty numbers. An ordered plan tells you which one to start with, which is the difference the whole app is built around. The ordering is by how much each marker moves your score, not by how bad it looks.
What you can change
Change the ordering with the sort buttons, covered below.
How do I sort the list?
Click By Urgency, By Domain or By Risk Factor. Urgency is the default and ranks by what needs attention soonest.
Why it works this way
The three views answer different questions. Urgency asks what to do next. By Domain groups everything feeding the same score. By Risk Factor groups markers by the outcome they predict, so you can see everything pointing at cardiovascular risk together.
What you can change
The sort is a view, not a setting. It changes nothing about the plan itself.
How do I start today’s workout from here?
When there is a workout scheduled for today that you have not done, the button reads Start Workout and opens straight into that session. On a rest day, or once it is done, it falls back to a plain link to the Workouts page.
Why it works this way
The common case is one tap: open the app, see what today is, start it. Routing through the Workouts page first only to pick the session already highlighted there is an extra step for no decision.
What you can change
Nothing here, but you are not restricted to today. From Workouts you can start any session in the upcoming week.
How do I turn a recommendation into a habit?
Tap Add on the marker. The habit is added to your tracked list immediately, and tapping it again removes it.
Why it works this way
The gap between knowing what to do and doing it is where most tracking fails. Adding directly from the marker means the recommendation and the habit are the same object rather than two things you have to connect yourself.
What you can change
Once added, the habit appears on Habits where you can choose which days it applies to.
Where does the reasoning come from?
Each marker links out to its encyclopedia entry, which carries the evidence, the thresholds and the sources behind what the app is telling you.
Why it works this way
The app states a number; the entry explains why that number is the threshold and what the research supporting it actually says. Keeping them separate means the app stays usable while the reasoning stays checkable.
What you can change
Nothing to adjust. The encyclopedia is free and public, so you can read any of it without opening the app.
